Privacy Policy

Last updated May 18, 2025

This privacy policy for League Hacker ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share your information when you use our services. If you have questions or concerns, reading this notice will help you understand your rights and choices.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

Information you provide to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register, participate in activities on the Services, or contact us. We do not process sensitive information.

All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate. Please notify us of any changes.

Information collected automatically

When you visit or use our Services, we automatically collect certain technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and usage data. This information is used to maintain the security and operation of our Services and for internal analytics.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and comply with the law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

We may share your information in the following situations:

  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
  • Affiliates: With our parent company, subsidiaries, or joint venture partners, who are required to honor this policy.
  • Business Partners: With trusted partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Tracking Technologies?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. These help maintain security, prevent crashes, save your preferences, and support basic site functions.

We also allow certain third-party service providers to use tracking technologies on our Services for analytics purposes.

5. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed here. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, please note that your country may have different data protection laws. We will take all necessary measures to protect your information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When there is no ongoing legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18, or that you are a parent or guardian consenting on behalf of a minor. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete the data promptly. Please contact us at leaguehackerpro@gmail.com if you have concerns.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

You may review, change, or request termination of your account at any time. If we rely on your consent to process your information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12.

Upon a request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and data from our active databases. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, assist with investigations, or comply with legal requirements.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. Because no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals currently exists, we do not respond to them at this time. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

10. Do We Make Updates to This Policy?

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top. We may notify you of material changes by posting a prominent notice or sending you a direct notification. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

11. No Gambling or Financial Transactions

League Hacker Is Not a Gambling Platform

League Hacker Does Not Handle Money or Financial Transactions of Any Kind

League Hacker is a golf league management and scoring tool. Any references to payouts, skins, or prize amounts within the app are purely informational displays provided by league managers for player convenience. These figures represent amounts managed or distributed directly between players, golf courses, or league organizers — entirely outside of this application.

League Hacker does not collect, process, hold, transfer, or facilitate any monetary payments or financial transactions. We are not a payment processor, a gambling operator, or a financial services provider.

Golf courses and league organizers are solely responsible for all financial transactions, prize distributions, and monetary arrangements with players. Any disputes regarding money, payouts, or prizes must be resolved directly with the golf course or league organizer.

By using League Hacker, you acknowledge that the app provides scoring and informational services only and bears no responsibility for any financial activity between players, league organizers, or golf courses.
